The service
Agents is a platform on which AI agents plan, carry out, and verify work you describe: research, software, data analysis, content, and similar tasks. AinsworthLloyd, Washington, DC, United States, provides it. We may change or improve the service over time; we will not remove a capability you have paid credits for without notice and a fair remedy.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate account details.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person per account. Organizations may invite members, and each member keeps their own account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Agents to:
- break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
- test, attack, or scrape systems you are not authorised to test (the QA and security agents run only against targets you own or are permitted to test);
- generate content that is deceptive, harassing, or designed to harm others;
- circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or safety controls, or resell access to the service;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt the platform or the providers behind it.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.
Your content and the results
You own what you bring to Agents and the results agents produce for you. You give us the permission we need to process that content to provide the service, including sending it to the AI model providers named in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models and we do not claim ownership of results.
AI output can be wrong. Agents verifies work where it can and shows you the evidence, but you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, publishing them, or shipping them.
Credits and payment
- Work on Agents is paid for in credits. Every run shows its estimated cost before it starts and the actual cost when it finishes.
- New accounts receive a free grant of credits. Purchased credits are charged through Stripe at the price shown at purchase, in the currency shown.
- Credits are consumed by use and do not expire while the account is open. Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none have been spent; write to us to request it.
- If a run fails because of a fault on our side, its credits are returned.
Connected services
When you connect an outside service such as Google Drive, Gmail, GitHub, Slack, or Notion, you authorise Agents to act in that service on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you confirm you are allowed to do so. You can disconnect any service at any time under Connectors.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may close your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and the chance to export your data.
Warranties and liability
We provide Agents with reasonable skill and care, but on an “as is” basis: we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing removes the statutory rights of consumers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.
Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter to you, tell you inside Agents or by email before they take effect. Questions go to legal@ainsworthlloyd.com. See also the privacy policy.
