Agile Project Management
Agile is a way to find out early whether a project is on track, and to change course cheaply when it is not. We bring the discipline that makes it work, without the ceremony that makes people resent it.

The approach
Large projects rarely fail all at once. They drift: a dependency slips, a requirement turns out to mean something else, and the report still says green. Short delivery cycles with a working result at the end of each one make that drift visible while it is still small.
We set the delivery up to fit your organization: Scrum where a team can commit to a sprint, Kanban where work arrives unpredictably, and a hybrid where governance needs fixed milestones. Then we run it, with a backlog the business owns and a plan that is honest about uncertainty.
Where you already have project managers, we coach them through real delivery rather than a classroom course, so the capability stays when the engagement ends.
- 01
Assess and set up
We look at how work is planned and delivered today, agree the outcome, and set up the cadence, backlog and roles.
- 02
Deliver in cycles
Working results every two to four weeks, reviewed with stakeholders, and the plan adjusted to what was learned.
- 03
Hand over
Your teams take over the delivery as our coaching steps back, cycle by cycle, until it is theirs.
What you get
Deliverables, not a status update.
- 01
Delivery framework
The cadence, roles and ceremonies your project needs, and no more than that.
- 02
Prioritised backlog
The work broken into deliverable pieces, ordered by value and risk, and owned by the business.
- 03
Release plan
A forecast built from the team's measured pace, updated every cycle, with the uncertainty shown.
- 04
Risk and dependency log
Risks raised early, each with an owner and the decision it needs.
- 05
Delivery reporting
Progress shown as working results and trends, readable by a sponsor in a few minutes.
- 06
Coaching
Project managers and product owners coached on the job until they run it themselves.
Questions
Answered straight.
- Can Agile work with a fixed budget and deadline?
- Yes. A fixed budget and date are constraints to plan around, and short cycles are the best way to show early what will fit inside them. Scope becomes the thing you manage, openly.
- Do we need to be a software team?
- No. Agile project management works for any project where the work can be broken into pieces and each result reviewed: operations, policy and marketing programmes as well as software.
- Scrum or Kanban?
- It depends on how your work arrives. Planned work with a stable team suits Scrum; a steady stream of requests suits Kanban. Many organizations run both, and we recommend from what we see.
