Is The Temperament Of The Most Senior Leader In An Organization The Most Important Predictor Of Transformation Success?
Recently I’ve been reflecting on my experiences leading change initiatives within organizations and was pondering if I could have predicted the end result based on an upfront assessment of the most senior person’s (President/CEO/Agency Head) leadership style.
